Once AI is doing real work for you, or decisions are flowing out of Garrin into the tools you rely on, you want an honest record of what happened and who signed off. That is GOVCO, the accountability layer, so it is not a black box.
GOVCO keeps a record of the actions that run through the gate. Every entry is chained to the one before it. Change one and the chain says so. It is not a log you could edit.
Actions through the governed ingest are recorded.
You can wire in a stop. If the AI does something outside your rules, it halts before it happens. That is the difference between hoping AI behaves and knowing it cannot get away from you.
Security and the honest boundary
On email, Garrin reads. It does not send, forward, or auto-reply. When something needs a response, Garrin drafts it and puts it on a card. A person approves it, and it sends from your system, through your gates: same journaling, same archive, same controls. WymanWorks does not create a second path out of your environment. That is the design, not a setting.
Isolation, stated as facts
Separate database. Separate service. Separate service account. Separate key.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The front door is locked, and we proved it by trying it without a key.
Garrin connects to Gmail today. Microsoft support is in development and not yet shipped. WymanWorks names the boundary before it is asked, because the honest boundary is the point.
On SOC 2: WymanWorks is not certified. We are building the controls now so the audit is cheap when we start it, and it starts when we raise or when a contract names it. Tell us what your compliance bar is and we will tell you honestly where we stand against it.
We never sell your data. Revenue is subscriptions, full stop. Never sold, never shared, never trained on for anyone else.
How WymanWorks charges
WymanWorks charges per person, because a person is the unit that has a boundary. Every user gets their own agent with their own visibility. One shared agent across a firm is a conflict waiting to be discovered.
